Our goal at Aerial Highlights is to capture your home, business or development to enhance and showcase your property in an affordable way.   We can also take a series of controlled high and low altitude aerial photographs of subdivisions and homes for realtors, industrial sites for corporate brochures, or construction survey mapping.

The benifits of aerial photography from a helicopter far outweigh that of a plane.  We can not only get the high altitude shots required for land surveys and large subdivision coverage, but also we also can fly very low to provide the front-entrance and creative shots of your property.  Planes however, are limited to a minimum 1,000 ft altitude at all times.

There's no better way to showcase your subdivision than with the use of low altitude aerial photography.  These unique angles can be printed and framed on the wall for use at the information center, open house or main office.  The images are incredibly useful in corporate brochures, newspaper and magazine advertisements - as well as online.

Realtors Get Noticed!

When prospect homeowners thumb through Real Estate magazines or search properties on the web, they often get overwhelmed viewing all the reduntant snapshots of the property's front yard.  Often, these standard photos are taken from the road while still in the car.  Have you ever found yourself leaning out the window to take a snapshot of your listing?  Set your homes apart from the competition with unique aerial views of your property.  All of our images are provided in both print ready high resolution format as well as optimized for MLS, FMLS, and other online listing programs.  Our affordable services allow you to provide top marketing images without hurting your budget.

  • We offer Realtor listing photography at $279 and includes high resolution images for print and marketing collateral, as well as MLS, FMLS and GAMLS optimized images for easy and quick uploading. This is our most popular service.

Private Homeowner Special

Our aerial photography services are not limited to Businesses, Government and Real Estate Professionals.  We are also happy to photograph your home for printing and framing on the wall.  Planning to sell your home yourself?  Allow us to provide an aerial image of your property and you can also ejoy the benefits of using this powerful imagery in your own marketing pieces.

  • We offer private homeowner photography at $249 and includes high resolution images for printing / framing.

Would you prefer to print and frame the image yourself? No problem! We are happy to supply the high resolution image at no additional cost to you. We can also print and frame the image at 16"x20". About our Pricing

You may notice our price list is well below the competition. So what's the catch? None. We offer two types of photography jobs: Traditional and Gang Run

Gang Run

Our primary method for supplying aerial imaging (and most economical for individual listings) utilizes a technique that is well known in the Printing Industry. Instead of running the helicopter for each client separately, we combine several  jobs together and run the helicopter after a minimum number of grouped jobs are met. We call this Gang Run Photography.

By combining multiple jobs together, we are able to effectively offer the lowest prices in the industry without compromising the highest standards of quality. Our Gang Run services include a minimum of three autorotations around the property. Either high altitude or low level is included in the price. If you would like both, please add $65 to cover the additional helicopter time, property rotations, and imaging required. We can effectively climb up to 9,500 ft in the helicopter.

Traditional Aerial

The traditional method for acquiring aerial imaging is to have one client order the flight time and photographer to service only their listing(s). This method is only economical if the company has several locations to shoot at the same time or several locations to shoot over a period of time.

Traditional Aerial Rates include the following:

  • You and a partner may join us on the flight at no additional cost.
  • All photography
  • Image post processing and colour correction
  • Print Ready high resolution images
  • Web Optimized images
  • Signed copyright release

All time is calculated via actual time spent in the air as recorded on the Hobbs Meter. One hour minimum purchase is required for your flight.  If your flight exceeds one hour, we will charge to the nearest 1/10th hour. Full photography package and signed copyright release are supplied within 2-3 business days following the flight.

Usage Rights

You may notice our pricing is the same for all. All our images provided in your photoshoot are free to use for both print and web. We do ask that the images remain for your use only - and not given away or sold to any third party.

Hidden useage fees from other photographers can easily rack up to several hundred if not thousands of dollars. How many websites have you visited only to be required to "Call for your custom quote"? This is a tactic other photographers use to better evaluate the size and success of your business - and charge you several times more than a smaller business or individual. We do not believe in penalizing our customers for running a successeful operation. Which is why we offer the same low rate for everyone. The transparency in our business model works well for us, and allows are clients to make a confident purchasing decision knowing they recieve a professional grade product at the most affordable price available.

After you decide which photography package best fits your property, please use the form in the contact us page and provide the address of the property(s) to shoot and any additional information involving the location.

Once we receive your request, we will research the listing and respond with a google map and Latitude/Longitude coordinates for an exact fix on the property for your review/approval.

After we have a confirmation of the property's exact location, we will call you and discuss the specific view or style you need to best showcase your listing.

Please note: We will never photograph a location without contacting you and finding out exactly what you need.

After we know the location of the property and approximate altitude required to best showcase the listing, we ask that you purchase the corresponding photography package. We can accept all major credit cards through Paypal, check or cash. Once payment has been confirmed, we will add your location in our photography schedule. After we have a group of locations to photograph, we will send you a complimentary email prior to the flight.

Immediately following the photoshoot, we will begin processing the images and send you a link for download. The package will include high resolution images of your property for printing/publishing, web resolution images optimized for GAMLS, FMLS, and your company website, as well as a signed copyright release allowing you to immediately use the photography in all your advertising. The download will be available within 2 business days following the photoshoot.
